1. Order Verification:
To ensure you receive the perfect fit, our team sends a confirmation email immediately after your purchase to verify your specific firearm model. We strongly recommend replying to this email to corroborate that the selected size is correct before shipping.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
Exchanges or returns are exclusively accepted under the following conditions:
- Once you receive the product, you have 30 days to return it.
- The item received does not match the order placed (Company error).
- The product arrived with manufacturing defects or was found to be defective.
3. Returns Due to Preference or Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item because you are unsatisfied with the style or have simply changed your mind, we will gladly issue a full refund for the product. However, please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. How to Process a Return

5. Resolution
